VIE - GLOBAL INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT (W/M) - BELGIUM
As part of the Global Integrated Marketing Communication team, in the Marketing Transformation department, your support will be key to help us building our communication strategies and connecting our strong and purposeful brands with consumers across 30 countries.
At the end of this experience, you should understand why integrated marketing communications are essential to build strong brands and deliver business and should manage media & digital specificities, buying and monitoring.
MAIN DUTIES
Support of local and global marketing teams for multi-countries campaigns: from the creation of assets, media global guidelines to the good implementation locally
Coordination of media and creative agencies: help the team to manage the strategic Bel partners, via a follow up of the on-going different topics, analyses of the documents and recommendations shared by our agencies, at a global and local level.
Participation to the Marketing Group Transformation:
* *Digital: help marketing teams to better understand digital platforms and boost social, search, influence ,retail media strategies etc. and participate to key projects with digital media owners (Facebook, Google, Pinterest etc.)
**Monitorin g tools : use your analytical and data visualization skills to drive development, management and usage of holistic dashboard across dedicated tools (Datorama)
**Comp etitive intelligence & Benchmarks: identify new trends, inspiring advertisers new campaigns to nourish marketing teams
Media investments management: monitoring of the Group media budgets and of their efficiency around the world
BUSINESS & MARKETING SKILLS :
Curiosity for marketing and media planning strategies
Strong interest for digital tools and methodologies
Abili ty to manipulate figures, KPI and data to make them strong analytical assets
Project management skills to support the IMC team delivering key initiatives and projects
Knowledge & understanding of Digital marketing and social media tendencies
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
Taste for team-collaboration and international matrixial organization especially in a multicultural environment with remote contacts with teams and counterparts in other countries.
Autonomo us and enthusiast spirit combined with the ability to overcome obstacles
Creativ e profile to manage a project from the strategic part to the internal communication part in a creative way : production of supports, webinar animations, internal presentations.. to an internal audience
